Aqa Maula Syedna Aaliqadr Mufaddal Saifuddin (TUS) has designated 12 Umoor under which the local Jamaat should function. As per Huzurala’s (TUS) irshadaat muneerah, the objective of these 12 Umoor is that Mumineen should live a happy and contended life in this world while simultaneously preparing for the life hereafter (Hayaat Tayyebah). Shehzada Husain bhaisaheb Burhanuddin DM explained 12 Umoor by giving comparison that the whole of the Jamaat is like a single body with various organs and limbs all connected by a single blood circulatory system. Therefore, all khidmatguzars and various committees of the Jamaat need to work together so that available resources are used in the best possible way for the spiritual & temporal development of Mumineen in Marol. Mawarid Bashariyah is one of the 12 Umoor designated by Huzurala (TUS)

3. Umoor Al Maliyah - Budgeting and Accounts
4. Umoor Mawarid Al Bashariyah - Human Resources
5. Umoor Dakhiliyah - Internal Affairs
6. Umoor Kharijiyah - Public Relations
7. Umoor Al Amlaak - Waqf and Trust 
8. Umoor Iqtesadiyah - Finance & Business Development
9. Umoor Al Qazaa - Legal Affairs
10. Umoor Faiza Al Mawaid AlBurhaniyah - FMB
11. Umoor Marafiq Al Burhaniyah - Welfare
12. Umoor Al Sehat - Health  

Team primary responsible to facilitates all other Umoor’s for human resource requirements and maintain records of all khidmatguzars committees operating under Marol jamaat. Core activities are to enrolment khidmatguzars, development, motivation, training, measuring khidmatguzars performance, reward and recognition and others. Team plays a strategic role in assisting other umoor development and growth. 

Anjuman-e-Ezzi (Marol), two years prior, had formed committees for these 12 Umoors and the committee khidmatguzars have been enthusiastically performing Mumineen khidmat using the guidelines specified by these 12 Umoors.

In the light of this irshadaat muneerah of Aqa Maula (TUS), to give an opportunity to ALL MUMINEEN in Marol who would like to participate and perform khidmat in any of the above 12 Umoor - Marol Jamaat invites ALL Mumineen to join their interested Umoor by calling above mentioned co-ordinator.
